About Us

For more than 30 years, the UCLA Eating Disorders Program at the Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital has been dedicated to providing outstanding treatment services tailored to the individual's needs, for children, adolescents and adults with eating disorders.  Under the leadership of Michael Strober, Ph.D., one of the country's foremost authorities on eating disorders, our multidisciplinary treatment team provides specialized treatment across a continuum of care.  The program strives to simultaneously restore physical well-being by facilitating adaptive eating behaviors and enhance emotional well-being by targeting dysfunctional beliefs and self-perceptions and addressing psychosocial issues.
